Midnight Sun Covers

Please tell me just one little theory

Okay, no, there haven't been any official releases for Midnight Sun, however Carlsen released a "cover" of sorts back when they released the German translation of the 1st chapter (it can be read here in German). And also, these write-ups are only my opinion of the various covers, you are free to have your own.

Germany

I absolutely love the German covers (especially this one!!). This cover is gorgeous. The whole feel of it being a dark time and the whole atmosphere created pairs so well with the book. Edward - Auf den ersten Blick means Edward - At First Sight.
